About the Role

This position seeks a motivated and organized professional who will build relationships with prospective customers and contribute to lead generation. 
As a BDR, you will play a key role in the early stages of the sales cycle, engaging with potential clients through various channels such as phone, email, and social media, helping to shape the first impression of Miro. 
The goal is to act as a Miro product expert, enhance the customer experience, identify key pain points, and connect them to the right solutions. 

What you’ll do

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to create qualified meetings and build a healthy pipeline
  • Analyze accounts and develop effective expansion strategies
  • Engage with new trial users within existing customers to uncover additional revenue opportunities
  • Partner with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns
  • Propose new use cases that address customer pain points and support solution-based selling
  • Ensure CRM data accuracy to support future growth strategies
  • Reach out to prospects and key decision-makers through various channels such as email, phone, and social media 

What you’ll need

  • Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in the SaaS industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships and trust with customers
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and collaborating flexibly within a growing team
  • Strong willingness to learn and grow, with a positive attitude toward giving and receiving feedback
  • A results-driven mindset with the determination to grow the sales pipeline and contribute to Miro’s continued success
